Atelier SociaalGoed
2019 - 2022
Commissioned by the Rapheal Foundation, I’m part of the projectteam that developed the training course on Social Business with the aim of allowing entrepreneurs and healthcare institutions to work together on products & services that offer space to and includes everyone, regardless of the differences in pace and world experience. The worlds of entrepreneurs and care institutions are still far apart. With different paces and perspectives, finding common ground for a successful collaboration can be a real challenge.
There is plenty of enthusiasm among entrepreneurs, care providers, and workshop supervisors, but how do you align your daily work with each other’s pace, mindset, and needs? How can entrepreneurs integrate social impact into their daily operations? And how can workshop supervisors and their teams collaborate with entrepreneurs to develop socially relevant products or services?
To guide and shape these collaborations into successful, sustainable partnerships, we launched Atelier SociaalGoed in the spring of 2021.
To work together towards diversity in the workplace.
Our Mission
A self-evident inclusive society.
